REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF PÁV ASSESSMENT

Pursuant to Section 7 (2) of Government Decree 444/2017. (XII.27.) on the assessment of fitness test to road drivers, drivers may initiate a review of the assessment of fitness test at the Examination Centre/PÁV Direactorate of Assessing Fitness to Drive within 15 days of receiving the result of the assessment. In case no request for review is submitted within 15 days, the assessment determined at first instance shall prevail. The 15-day-deadline for a request for review is forfeit, after which no equity request can be made because of having failed to meet the deadline.
The application process for review on the electronic interface was modified in September 2023. Please read the information below carefully!
Application and fee payment on the electronic interface
1. APPLICATION
Once the required data have been provided, the application can be finalised by pressing the "Submit" button. In case an e-mail address has previously been provided, the application form shall be sent atomatically by e-mail. If, however no e-mail address has previously been provided, an electronic copy of the application form must be downloaded and saved.
2. REGISTRATION
Registration becomes possible only after the application form has successfully been submitted (this may require the data provided on the application form, too), because fee payment can only be initiated following the registration.
3. FEE PAYMENT
Fees can be paid only after application and registration have been completed.
Please note that no appointment can be booked on the electronic interface.
The second-level opinion on fitness to drive is made by the second-level Committee based on the available first-instance examination results. If it is necessary to conduct a new examination, the driver concerned shall be informed on the date of the examination by the same committee.
If the electronic form cannot be completed simultaneously with the fee payment, only bank transfer can be accepted.
Application on the electronic inteface in the case of bank transfer

3. FEE PAYMENT
Examination fee is to be paid to the Examination Centre’s bank account number 11711003- 21463062-000000000 held with OTP Bank. Identification number received while applying for review on the electronic interface is to be indicated in the reference section of the transfer order(J/FR-...../2024).
Should the request for review be not submitted through the electronic interface, a paper-based copy of the form request can either be provided by the psychologist or downloaded from the Examination Centre’s document repository. The request, dully filled in, reasoned and signed can then be submitted either in person or by post together with the proof of fee payment, that is the confirmation of transaction approval received from the bank. In this case, the client’s name and the number of the opinion on fitness to drive complained of (H/....../2024) is to be indicated in the reference section of the transfer order.
