Application process on the electronic interface was modified in September 2023. Please read the information below carefully!

Online registration is only available for PÁV I., II. and III. category assessments. Date can be booked only after the concerning fee has been paid. 

Should applicant wish to apply for the assessment after having failed the exam for the fifth time, applications for PÁV IV. category assessment shall be submitted IN person at the regionally competent customer service of the Examination Centre.

Application, fee payment and appointment booking on the electronic interface

1.    APPLICATION
Once the required data have been provided, the application can be finalized by pressing the "Submit" button. In case an e-mail address has previously been provided, the application form shall be sent atomatically by e-mail. If, however no e-mail address has previously been provided, a copy of the application form must be downloaded and saved.

2.    REGISTRATION
Registration becomes possible only after the application form has successfully been submitted (this may require the data provided on the application form, too), because fee payment and appointment booking afterwards can only be initiated following the registration.

3.    PAYMENT
Fees can be paid only after application and registration have been completed.

4.    APPOINTMENT BOOKING
If electronic form cannot be completed simultaneously with fee payment, only bank transfer can be accepted.

Application in the case of bank transfer

1.    APPLICATION
Once the required data have been provided, the application can be finalized by pressing the "Submit" button. In case an e-mail address has previously been provided, the application form shall be sent atomatically by e-mail. If, however no e-mail address has previously been provided, An copy of the application form must be downloaded and saved.

2.    REGISTRATION
Registration becomes possible only after the application form has successfully been submitted. This may require the data provided on the application form, too.

3.    FEE PAYMENT 
Assessment fee is to be paid to the Examination Centre’s bank account number 11711003- 21463062-000000000 held with OTP Bank. Identification number received during the application is to be indicated in the reference section of the transfer order (J/K-...../2024).

4.    APPOINTMENT BOOKING
The status of the payment (that is whether it has been credited to the escrow account) can be checked under the menu „Ügykezelés/Pénzügyek” (meaning Administration/Financial Issues) 2-3 working days after the transfer. Appointment can be booked after the receipt of the payment.
 
ELECTRONIC APPLICATION FOR PÁV ASSESSMENT 

Please take notice of the information below when booking an appointment.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
The appointment can be cancelled free of charge latest 5 working days before the date set for the examination. In the case of cancelling the appointment in due time, the examination fee shall be refunded to the escrow account, after which a new appointment can be made. 

Cancelling an appointment and booking a new appointment can be done twice for the same fee. After that, booking a new appointment will become possible only after a new application process has been completed and the fee due for the assessment has been paid.  (i.e. an appointment set for Thursday can be cancelled free of charge latest on Monday). 

Should the appointment be cancelled within 5 or less working days before the date set for the examination and/or in the case of failing to show up on the scheduled examination date, the client concerned will be entitled to get the previously paid fee back solely in accordance with the provisions of the regulations issued by the Examination Centre on this subject.
